Sosis Tava
Sliced beef sausages, lightly browned in a pan and finished in a simple tomato-paste sauce. A quick, warm dish for breakfast.
Cut the sausages into small rounds.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and turn them for 2–3 minutes, until lightly browned on both sides.
2–3 min
Stir in the tomato paste to coat the slices. Add the hot water, stir to loosen the paste, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
2–3 min
Cook for 1 more minute, until the sauce lightly coats the sausages. Serve hot.
1–1 min
Use smooth, fully cooked beef frankfurters, rather than raw sausages or sucuk. Check the package and follow its preparation instructions.
Slice the sausages evenly so they brown together. Stir the sauce through the pan so every slice is coated.
